In November 2025, CTP launched its expansion into the Italian market with a major acquisition to support clients’ expansion and investment in this key European country.  Comprising of 8.7 million sqm of prime located landbank and development opportunities, as well as two existing buildings, CTP will expand its proven CTPark model in the region with our local Italian team.
